Can I start by say a HUGE Thank You for making my Wedding Day so perfect - the moment I saw the horse & carriage I just knew that I had made the right choice and the Coachmen, Paul & John, just looked fabulous. As Paul probably mentioned I was a bag of nerves but he just laughed and joked with me which soon calmed me down. The horses looked beautiful and I can only imagine how lovely our photos are going to look. I will be recommending your company to any friends of mine who get married in the future and I give the service a 5* raiting - everything was just right. I would like to give a big thank you to everyone at The Ostler Carriage Company Ltd, especially the grooms for such a lovely service. The horses were amazing and it was beautifully decorated. It was the most special night of my life and with the horses, carriage and groomsman there it was a dream come true. We got voted the best entry on the microphone and everyone cheered and on arrival all the teachers came over and complimented the horse and carriage on how beautiful it was. We felt famous as everyone had their phones and camaras out taking pictures.
I can't thank you enough. it was truely a night to remember by all four of us.

I am writing to Thank You so much for all of your hard work in helping to grant Mayas wish to become Cinderella yesterday. I am sure that you could tell by the smile on her face that she had a fabulous day. The special treatment which you gave to her and her family was a wonderful experience for Maya and helped to make the day as magical as possible. I would like to thank you for the extra effort that you went to by decorating the carriage in Mayas favourite colours and in having the Coachmen dressed in regal outfits - this really added to the magical Cinderella feeling which Maya enjoyed on the day. I have it on good authority that the carriage was a dream with its garlands of flowers and drawn by 2 beautiful white horses. Thank you so much again - we truly appreciate your support.
